Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 September 2026
This policy describes how Framo (“we”, “us”), operated by Maurice Djellal (Entrepreneur individuel, auto-entreprise), processes personal data when you use getframo.com and related services, worldwide.
1. Who we are
- Controller: Maurice Djellal, Entrepreneur individuel (auto-entreprise)
- Address: 39 rue de Vergennes, 78000 Versailles, France
- Contact: [email protected]
2. Data we process
- Account: your email address, and the identifiers Google returns when you sign in with Google (or the fact that you confirmed your email with a one-time code). Before you sign in, Framo gives your browser an anonymous guest identifier so you can try it; what you make as a guest moves to your account when you sign in.
- What you ask for and build: the descriptions you write, your answers to Framo’s questions, the design direction you pick, the apps Framo generates (their screens, logic and sample content), your change requests and the build history.
- Publishing: if you publish an app, the details of your Apple Developer account needed for it (team, key identifiers, support email) and the App Store Connect API key you provide. The key is stored encrypted and only used to act on your behalf with Apple.
- Usage and credits: your plan, credits used, and the AI usage behind each build and change.
- Billing: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan and subscription status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Security and anti-abuse: operational logs, and pseudonymous signals used to keep the free preview to one per person (salted hashes of a device identifier, of your email and of your IP address). They are not used to identify you publicly.
- Support: the messages you send to [email protected].
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Providing the service (accounts, questions, previews, builds, changes, publishing): performance of a contract.
- Subscriptions, invoices and fraud prevention: contract, legitimate interests, and legal obligations for accounting.
- Securing the platform and limiting the free preview to one per person: legitimate interests.
- Answering support and privacy requests: legitimate interests and legal obligations.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
4. Service providers
We use these providers to run Framo. We do not sell personal data.
- Supabase: accounts, database and server functions, hosted in the European Union (Paris).
- Cloudflare: hosting of the website and app previews, domain, and email forwarding for [email protected].
- Anthropic: the AI models that plan, build and change apps. Your descriptions, answers and app content are sent to generate them.
- Stripe: payments, subscriptions, invoices and the customer portal.
- Google: sign-in with Google.
- Resend: sending the one-time sign-in codes by email (EU region).
- Apple: App Store Connect, only when you publish an app with your own Apple Developer account.
5. International transfers
Framo is offered worldwide. Some providers (Anthropic, Stripe, Google, Cloudflare, Resend, Apple) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under the safeguards they publish (such as Standard Contractual Clauses). For questions about transfers, contact [email protected].
6. Retention
- Account, apps and build history are kept while your account is active.
- To prevent abuse of the free preview, salted one-way hashes of the email and device that used it are kept after deletion; they can't be turned back into your email. Rate-limit counters are kept for up to two days.
- When your account is deleted, its apps, descriptions, build history and publishing details (including the encrypted Apple key) are deleted.
- Billing and accounting records may be kept for the legal period (in France, typically 10 years for invoices); they stay with Stripe under its policies. This never covers your apps or descriptions.
- Anti-abuse signals of the free preview are kept only as long as needed to enforce one preview per person.
- Support emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and related legal obligations.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EEA, the UK and France), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to receive it in a portable format. You can delete your account yourself at any time from the account menu (Delete account); it also ends your subscription. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
8. Browser storage
Framo keeps your session and a few preferences (such as light or dark mode) in your browser’s storage so you stay signed in. It does not use advertising cookies.
9. Children
Framo is intended for adults and professionals and is not directed to children under 16.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes are reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
